2. The Service — what we provide
A free, client-side Vedic astrology toolkit: Janam Kundali generation (Lagna/D1, Navamsa/D9, Dashamsa/D10, Bhav Chalit in North/South Indian styles), planetary tables, Ashtakoot 36-Guna Kundali Milan, Vimshottari Dasha timelines, Shadbala analysis, live Panchang, daily horoscopes, multilingual interface, and free PNG/SVG/Print-PDF downloads. No registration is required and core features carry no fee.
3. No professional advice; guidance only
Astrological outputs are for information, self-study, cultural and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or matrimonial advice. Kundali Milan scores, Dosha assessments, Dasha interpretations and horoscopes support — but never replace — qualified professional counsel and your own judgement. Never delay seeking professional help because of chart content. Marriage decisions should weigh family dialogue, personal compatibility and verified facts alongside any Guna score.
4. Accuracy disclaimer
We implement classical Parashari methods with Lahiri Ayanamsa and test against reference charts, but we do not guarantee error-free results. Outputs depend entirely on inputs you supply: a wrong birth time (even minutes), wrong timezone, or wrong coordinates shifts Lagna, houses, Dasha balance and Milan Moon-signs. Ephemeris approximations, rounding and browser differences can also introduce small variances. Verify critical details independently before acting on them.
5. Acceptable use
- Provide birth details you have the right to use (your own, or a family member's with consent — especially for minors).
- Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape aggressively, attempt to breach, or misrepresent the Service; do not use outputs to harass, defame, discriminate or deceive.
- Do not rely on automatedBulk extraction that degrades availability for others.
- Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual property
The site's code, design, text (including guides and FAQs), and generated layouts are protected by applicable IP laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and to download, print and share your own generated charts for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not resell the Service as-is, remove attributions, or copy substantial guide/FAQ text for republication without permission. Classical astrological methods themselves remain in the public domain; our expression of them does not.
7. Downloads and saved profiles
PNG, SVG and Print/PDF exports are free and watermark-free for lawful personal use. Saved Kundlis persist only in your browser's LocalStorage — we cannot restore charts you delete or lose by clearing browser data, and we are not responsible for such loss. Shared chart URLs embed the parameters visibly in the link; anyone holding the link can view them.
8. Third-party services
The Service loads Google Fonts, uses Google Analytics measurement, and is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes or practices.
9. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features (including languages or chart options) at any time without prior notice, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages — including decisions made (matrimonial, financial, medical or otherwise) in reliance on astrological outputs, or for loss of saved browser data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted amount (you use a free service, so direct damages, if any, are limited accordingly).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform's operators against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
12. Privacy
Chart computation is client-side; details are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Termination
We may restrict access for abuse or legal necessity. You may stop using the Service at any time by simply leaving the site and clearing site data.
14. Governing spirit and contact
These terms are interpreted in good faith under generally applicable principles, with regard for the Service's Indian Vedic-astrology context.
