Charts are computed on your device. Here is exactly what we collect — and what we never do.

PRIVACY AT A GLANCE

The short version

Your birth details (name, date, time, place) are processed entirely in your browser to generate Kundali charts, Gun Milan, Dasha and Panchang views. We operate no account system and no server-side birth-chart database. Saved Kundlis live only in your browser's LocalStorage until you delete them. The limited data that does leave your device is standard web analytics and hosting logs, described below.

1. Information that stays on your device

  • Birth particulars: name, gender, date/time of birth, city, latitude, longitude and timezone you enter are used locally by client-side JavaScript. They are not sent to our servers.
  • Saved Kundli profiles: stored via localStorage keys managed by the app (profiles, theme, language). Clearing browser site data permanently deletes them.
  • GPS location: used only if you tap "Use My GPS Location" and grant browser permission, solely to fill latitude/longitude fields. The coordinates are not transmitted by us.
  • City search: matched against a bundled offline city database in your browser; keystrokes are not sent to a search server by us.
  • Shared chart links: encode parameters in the URL you copy (e.g. date, time, coordinates). Anyone with that link can read those parameters — share carefully.

2. Information collected automatically

(a) Google Analytics (gtag.js, ID G-KL26K9RD6B). Pages load Google's analytics script, which may collect device, browser, approximate location (from IP), pages viewed and interaction events to help us improve features. Google processes this under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on, browser "Do Not Track"/tracking protection, or by blocking third-party scripts — the Kundali engine still works.

(b) Hosting & CDN logs (Cloudflare Pages). Our host necessarily processes IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and basic device data to deliver pages securely and prevent abuse. Static assets (fonts via Google Fonts, pages via Cloudflare's CDN) involve similar minimal technical processing.

We do not purchase data, run advertising profiles, or combine analytics with birth details (which we never receive).

3. Cookies and local storage

  • Strictly-necessary local storage: theme (app_theme), language choice and saved Kundlis. No consent banner is needed for these because the app cannot remember your charts or preferences without them.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics may set cookies (e.g. _ga) to distinguish visits. Continued use of the site constitutes consent where implied-consent regimes apply; use opt-out tools above to decline.

4. How we use information

Analytics and logs are used only to operate, secure and improve the platform — for example, seeing which charts, languages or Panchang views seekers use most, and detecting abuse. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share analytics with advertisers.

5. Data sharing

We share only what processors need to function: Google (analytics), Google Fonts (font delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting/CDN/security). If you email us via the Contact Us page, your email provider transmits that message; we use it solely to reply.

6. Data retention

Because birth-chart inputs never reach our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete server-side. Analytics retention follows Google's settings; hosting logs follow Cloudflare's. Emails you send are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

7. Your rights and controls

  • Delete saved charts anytime via the Saved-profiles delete button, or clear site data in browser settings.
  • Block analytics with opt-out extensions or tracking protection.
  • Revoke GPS permission in browser site settings.
  • Request help with a privacy question via the Contact Us page (subject: "Privacy or data request"). We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

Parents may generate a free Kundali for a new born baby using the main tool. The same client-side rule applies: infant birth details are computed locally and never sent to us. The site is not directed at unsupervised use by young children; a parent or guardian should enter details on their behalf.

9. Security

Pages are served over HTTPS via Cloudflare. Client-side computation inherently limits exposure, but no internet transmission is perfectly secure — avoid sharing sensitive identifiers beyond what chart calculation needs, and be careful with shared chart URLs.

10. Third-party links

Font, analytics and any outbound references operate under their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices once you leave our pages.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date when practices change. Material changes may also be noted on the home page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
